Cases of exchange/return or refund/deposit
- Product is defective from the manufacturer.
- The product was delivered with the wrong quantity, information and design compared to the order.
- The prepaid payment order has been canceled or has not been successfully delivered to you.
Conditions for exchange/return or refund/deposit
- Products received by James Jewelry Diamond must be intact, with no signs of use. In case the product is defective or damaged due to transportation, please provide an opening video/image of the goods immediately after receiving the goods for James Jewelry Diamond to confirm.
Procedure for exchange/return or refund/deposit

- Estimated refund time is calculated from the date James Jewelry Diamond confirms the procedure.
- The account number needs to match information with the person paying for the order. In case of installment payment, refund time will depend on your bank.
- James Jewelry Diamondhas not applied a refund method different from the method you previously paid.
