REFUND POLICY

To ensure your rights, James Jewelry Diamond accepts requests to exchange/return products or refund/deposit according to the following terms and services:

  • Product is defective from the manufacturer.
  • The product was delivered with the wrong quantity, information and design compared to the order.
  • The prepaid payment order has been canceled or has not been successfully delivered to you.
  • Products received by James Jewelry Diamond must be intact, with no signs of use. In case the product is defective or damaged due to transportation, please provide an opening video/image of the goods immediately after receiving the goods for James Jewelry Diamond to confirm.
  • Step 1: Customer contacts James Jewelry Diamond to request a refund. To facilitate the refund process, please provide product images and confirm delivery time.
  • Step 2: James Jewelry Diamond reviews and responds to the review results.
  • Step 3: James Jewelry Diamond conducts refund procedures.

  • Estimated refund time is calculated from the date James Jewelry Diamond confirms the procedure. 
  • The account number needs to match information with the person paying for the order. In case of installment payment, refund time will depend on your bank. 
  • James Jewelry Diamondhas not applied a refund method different from the method you previously paid.
